At Bee-Geeky.com, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) in accordance with the policy below.


1. Your Right to Cancel

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


3. Exemptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalised or custom-made items.

  • Perishable goods.

  • Opened consumables (e.g., food, drink, cosmetics).

  • Earrings or intimate items for hygiene reasons.


4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

  • Photos may be requested to help us assess the issue.


5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
